This includes interfering with the operation of our services, attempting to reverse-engineer any part of our code, or using RiteFlow to generate harmful, misleading, or unethical content.
You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
All content, features, and functionality of RiteFlow — including but not limited to code, design, logos, graphics, AI models, and written content — are owned by RiteFlow or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content unless we give you explicit written permission.
By uploading, inputting, or creating content using our services (including prompts, data, and results generated via AI), you retain full ownership of your input data. However, you grant RiteFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use this content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate or share using our tools, and you agree not to upload or distribute any material that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and apply modern security protocols to safeguard your information. We will never sell your data to third parties. You agree that RiteFlow may collect and use technical data and analytics to improve the performance and accuracy of the platform.
RiteFlow may offer integrations with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., TaskPilot, Slack, Zapier). These are provided for convenience and productivity enhancement. You agree that your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party actions.
Access to certain features of RiteFlow may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
